🎁 The Salvation Army – Angel Tree / Christmas Assistance
Applications usually open early October and close late October (varies by city—some fill sooner).

🎁 Toys for Tots (U.S. Marine Corps Reserve)
Local sign-ups generally run October through mid-November, with toy pick-ups in December.

✉️ USPS Operation Santa
Letter adoption opens early November. Letters should be sent before Thanksgiving so adopters have time to shop.

🧦 Stockings With Care
Most registration opens in October and closes by early November.

🎅 Local Adopt-A-Family / Community & Church Programs
Typically open October and close by late November. Check with your local United Way (dial 211), community centers, or churches.
