Yes, a greens supplement might “fill in the gaps” for your overall nutrient intake.
Yes, a new & exciting workout can help you get into the gym & embrace movement.
Finding motivation with a fresh start, trying to increase nutrient intake & moving your body are GOOD things-
But prioritizing small, sustainable habits, learning how to cook nutrient-dense foods you enjoy & putting energy into strategic workouts that actually get you somewhere will win out every. single. time.
