Some resurfacing projects have so many hollow spots in the existing finish that the only way to ensure a long-lasting result is a full chip-out. Removing the old surface allows the new finish to properly bond, helping it deliver the durability and lifespan you should expect from a premium product.

Getting ready to start up this project. 19' Swim Spa by Dynasty Spas.
For this project we sat the 19' swim spa in the ground 30" to make it easily accessible for this homeowner.
This was done by making a Gunite vault to set the spa in and a Trex deck surround that could be removed if the spa ever needs maintenance or repairs.
Additionally, this project got stamped concrete inside a two-story screen enclosure, textured and painted walkways on the outside with a paver seating area and natural wood burning fire pit.
