Meet Caitlin 🩺

As our Associate Director of Clinical Operations, Caitlin Moore, DNP, has been part of Clemson Rural Health since the very beginning. A four-time Clemson graduate and family nurse practitioner, she began as an intern on our mobile health unit and has been transforming health outcomes ever since.

In December 2024, Caitlin was recognized as a Telehealth Trailblazer at the 12th Annual Telehealth Summit of South Carolina for her ongoing work to bring remote patient monitoring to rural communities.
