Dress Code Policy:
At Lumin Automotive we strive to achieve a work environment that is both professional and functional. Therefore, we require a dress code that is clean and formal, appropriate and clear from distractions. Business professional attire is expected when on the job. This includes dress shirts with company logos, dress pants or skirts, coats or blazers when applicable, and dress shoes. Clothing shouldn't not be excessively tight or revealing. Please speak with your supervisor about any questions pertaining to the dress code policy.

Vacation Policy:
We know our employees work hard, and we appreciate the time they put into the business. Employees are allowed 14 days paid time off when working for Lumin Automotive. Requests must be made 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of vacation time, unless approved by your supervisor. Please use open communication when thinking about taking time off.

Meet Caroline Hendrix // Representative at Lumin Automotive

Miss Hendrix is from Columbia, South Carolina. She is a student of Clemson University, obtaining her Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing degree with a minor in Brand Communications through her curriculum at Clemson. As a marketing major she is learning the ins and outs of the industry and focusing on digital and social media marketing. She is also involved in four different clubs on campus, those being based around her faith and personal and leisurely interests. In addition to her school curriculum and involvement on campus, she has started a social media marketing and management company where she manages social media accounts for brands to build their brand, grow their brand awareness, meet their revenue goals, increase engagement and retention, etc.

Ms. Hendrix will be graduating in 2022 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing along with a minor in Brand Communications. She has been an entrepreneur since she was eight years old and as she has started several different businesses over the years, her entrepreneurship carries with her to her new business ventures. Her experience in entrepreneurship, social media management, customer service, and marketing has well equipped her for her position here at Lumin Automotive.
