Teaching is my dream job. Words like lucky, blessed, thankful, just don’t do it justice. How is it that not only wonderful singers, but wonderful PEOPLE end up in my studio? My students are kind, generous, collaborative, brave, creative, supportive and some of the best people I know. Thank you National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) for giving us a reason to celebrate some of them at this year’s conference in Knoxville. All four of my current students shown here (and a fifth who is a future student!) were ranked in the top 15 singers in their category IN THE NATION!! I am SO PROUD of each of them. Nikki and Ashlyn, you might leave school, but you’ll always be a part of my studio. Michael and Anna Grace, let’s do this one more time! Trey, I can’t wait to see what great things are headed your way!
