R e i k i is a Japanese word that translates to universal life force energy, and it’s for everyone ✨

When I feel low energy, or emotional, or just like I need a minute for me I turn towards this energy as a meditative healing practice (for me it’s spiritual too, but it doesn’t have to be) to get into deeper alignment with my own being

I also channel this energy for others, so they can rest & just receive 🤲🏻🤲🏿🤲🏾🤲🏽

We all have the ability to be a channel and conduit of magic 🪄

Our bodies are wired for health 💗

Each body has its own natural flow + connection to the universe. It is natural & they actually have all they need to heal themselves when given an opportunity to rest

Sooo… if you’re feeling run down, just remember

Harmony is the baseline 🌈

It’s just about getting back to that 🤍

And, often, the demands of this modern life don’t make it much easier, by causing stagnation or disharmony to our bodies natural flow

So don’t be hard on you !
