We’re so excited to continue more of our Ranch House Remodel series! 🌾 The formal living and dining room have been completely transformed, and we can’t get enough of the results.

One of the biggest changes we made was removing the stairs that used to sit right in the middle of the room. This simple yet powerful move opened up the space dramatically, creating a much more inviting and airy feel.

The herringbone tile floors, made to look like wood, not only look stunning, but they’re also super durable — perfect for these high-traffic areas. We also added custom woodwork throughout the dining room ceiling, which really elevates the room.

The glass work on the stairs is another key feature, providing an open view looking down and creating a sense of connection between the levels. And let’s not forget about the unique chandelier — it adds such a bold, stylish statement to the space.

To tie everything together, we went with a gorgeous slate and cast stone fireplace, which add a natural, elegant feel that makes the room even more inviting.
