In this hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to help your horse release tension, move more comfortably, and feel their best. Whether you’re brand new to bodywork or just looking to deepen your connection with your horse, this clinic will give you tools you can use right away.

If you're feeling stretched thin, our upcoming hands-on clinic in Comfort might offer a welcome reset. In the company of horses, we’ll slow down, breathe deeply, and practice techniques that support both equine comfort and human nervous system regulation.

We’ll explore gentle, hands-on techniques to release tension, support healing, and deepen your horse-human connection. Whether you're seeking tools to take home to your horse or simply a reset for your own body and mind - you are warmly welcome.

On Saturday, Essential Health for All and I taught our biggest clinic to date—and what an incredible day it was! We had the pleasure of working with the most fantastic group of horse owners, all willing to dedicate their entire Saturday to learning new skills and deepening their connection with their horses.

A heartfelt thank you to PDR Performance Horses for hosting us and creating such a welcoming and supportive space. Your hospitality made the day even more special.

Watching each participant experience the techniques and seeing the horses respond so beautifully was truly rewarding. We’re so grateful to be part of a community that’s eager to learn, share, and show up for their horses in such a thoughtful way.
