We spend so much time pouring into our relationships with those around us, which is essential of course.

But we often forget that the most important relationship we will ever have is also the only one that is guaranteed to last our entire life:

The relationship we have with ourself.

Our body, our spirit, our brain.

We should at least make it a nice place to be and a relationship that feels good ✨

So while you nurture the needs of those around you, while you water everyone else’s garden, don’t forget to tend to yours too.

Because it’s the relationship with you that will determine the quality of every other relationship you have."
