I spent 3 years sorting pills into a plastic box every Sunday. Nobody told me pharmacist-grade blister cards existed for home use.
The old weekly pill organizer has a problem: no way to know if a dose was actually taken. Did dad take his noon meds or just move them? Did she take Tuesday's evening dose or skip it?
Blister cards seal each individual dose. Once the foil is broken, you know it was taken. You can prep several weeks at once — same time as a pill box, infinitely more reliable.
These are the exact cards pharmacists use worldwide. Now available for home caregivers.

My wonderful Mum has Parkinson's, her name is Margaret. Several years ago she developed Parkinson's and it progressed to the point where she has a hard time remembering to take her meds correctly and on time.
Mum needs to take her Carbidopa / Levodopa medication at very specific times of the day, in her case 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. Without the exact amount of medication in her system during the day she'll develop the symptoms that you associate with Parkinson's, including tremors and loss of balance and we don't want that.
If you have Parkinson’s or are a caregiver for someone with Parkinson’s like me, then the key is to make taking these medications as easy as possible.
Watch this video as I show you how I make sure my Mum takes here medication correctly and on time each day.

Parkinson's Disease and How my mother uses these Cards to take Her Carbidopa / Levodopa Correctly and on Time
This is my wonderful mother, her name is Margaret. Several years ago she developed Parkinson's and it's progressed to the point where she has a hard time remembering to take her meds on time.
Mum's problem isn't that she needs to take a lot of medications each time period, but that she needs to take them at very specific times of the day, ie. 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. Without the exact amount of medication in her system during the day she'll develop the symptoms that you associate with Parkinson's, including tremors and loss of balance and we don't want that.
These disposable cards make my mum more confident and independent. At a glance the card reminds her when she needs to take her medication and which med to take. I can also quickly check to see that the medication was taken. I assemble mum's card on Saturday each week and it literally takes me only a few minutes to do. Since her medications rarely change I could actually do 2 or 3 weeks of cards at one time if I wanted to, but I enjoy the time I spend with my mother.
