Something Mihaela told me i thought I’d share with you.

She was telling me about the word ‘yes’ and how it’s used in her modality to reduce suffering caused by resistance to events.

It really resonates with what we’re learning in Tai chi , where we are learning never to respond with resistance. When something pushes on us or if we experience pain, we yield to it ... we say ‘Yes’ to it and we see how much better we feel.

I think that word in the mind will help the body ‘get’ tai chi and visa versa.
