Timing the market is hard. Those waiting for the perfect combination of lower home prices and lower mortgage rates have gotten the opposite (except in a few cities). There is no doubt that inflation is fading fast, but mortgage rates are back above 7% and home prices are now rising pretty much everywhere. Hope you enjoy my latest real estate update!
