Our new Salsiccia Pizza features mozzarella, basil, and a house-made salsiccia based on Grandpa Vern’s sausage recipe. Grandpa Vern-Chef Evy’s husband’s grandfather-spent much of his life as a butcher and was incredibly proud of this recipe 🍕🍅🌱

What makes it special? Along with classic fennel, garlic, and chili, there’s plenty of tomato mixed right into the sausage. As it cooks on the sauceless pizza, the sausage renders and creates its own rich, flavorful sauce.

A family recipe, a little tradition, and one very good pizza. Come give it a try.
