We are so proud of all our athletes who showed up BIG at the SolaFide Solstice today! 🎉 We had podium finishers in every division, which is incredible.

More importantly, we had such a blast competing, cheering each other on, and hanging out with our besties. 💚

Local competitions like this give us something to work toward, train for, and an opportunity to put all of our hard work to the test. They remind us why we love this sport and this community so much.

A huge thank you to CrossFit SolaFide for the hospitality and for putting on such a great competition. We had an amazing time!
