I know that when you’re signed up for my sound bath, you’re looking forward to it all day. You can’t wait for the work to be done so you can just be still.
You will see me be fully dialed in for a sound bath. You will not see me in flowy, mythical, yogi clothes.
I show up fully for you, but usually in soccer mom clothes, because that’s usually where I’m going next or coming from.
I want you to feel the same, come as you are. Sweats, pj, slippers, whatever you want. As long as you’re comfortable to leave with better energy than you came in with.
