While observing the social media over the past few days, it saddens me to see so many racial and ethnic generalizations. Please be reminded that these attacks were carried out by an extremist few that only win through division and terror. Please, let us not be blinded by fear-filled hatred of the "other." Borders are manmade concepts that can inspire either patriotism or division. We are all a part of a greater whole, so let us not be divided. Let us come together as one.
