One of the most important duties as DOC is timeline creation and implementation. Crafting a timeline not only for the ceremony but also pre-ceremony and reception is one of my favorite things to do. From the moment the day begins to very last moment of the reception, a timeline keeps the day running smoothly and everyone knowing what to expect next. A well-run timeline is the secret to an stress-free day for brides and their loved ones!

One of the most important parts of being a Day-Of Coordinator actually happens *before* wedding day 🤍

Getting to walk through a venue with my couples ahead of time helps me plan every little detail — from ceremony flow, to décor setup, to where vendors will be throughout the day. It gives me the chance to fully understand the space so when wedding day arrives, everything feels smooth, organized, and stress free ✨
