I haven’t made bread since December, and today felt like the day. I made us an Asiago everything bagel seasoning loaf, a jalapeño everything bagel seasoning loaf, a Parmesan loaf, and a plain sourdough loaf. They’re all based off the usual intermediate sourdough recipe from that I usually use, but this time I adjusted how much whole wheat flour I use. We’ll see how we like it!

My next order date will be around Valentine’s Day! Is there anything you’d like to see me offer? Let me know in the comments.

For the holidays, I’m offering sourdough, Parker House Rolls, brioche cinnamon rolls, and Christmas crack! I will have more limited quantities of Parker House Rolls and cinnamon rolls to ensure I can adequately bake everything.
