The Urban Leadership Alumni Achievement Award is presented to an alumnus/a of the Urban Leadership Program whose post-doctoral career as a public school administrator exemplifies commitment to, and success in, the achievement of students in urban schools.

Dr. Vee Kativhu was named the recipient of the Eli Molina Community of Caring Award at the 2026 School of Educational Studies Awards Night.

The Eli Molina Community of Caring Award is named for Elias "Eli" Molina, a man of faith, family, and service who served for 32 years in law enforcement and continued his service to community with the SES Urban Leadership family during his partner, Dr. Aida Molina’s, studies. The award honors those who continue to develop and support a culture of caring for leaders to flourish.
