We have an opening for a pipe layer and bank man as well as skilled laborers ready to learn. Work in Montgomery / Auburn Alabama area. Hiring local guys. Perdiem and lodging not available. Permanent full time positions. Pay based on experience.

Elevation Development & Construction, LLC has opening for SKILLED LABORERS and HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS to join our teams on commercial and military base projects. Requirements are as follows:

1) Be able to show up on time, if not early, every day that you are scheduled to work.

2) Be able to work 5 consecutive days in a row each week, consecutive weeks in a row.

3) Be legally permitted to work in the USA. We are required to E-verify.

4) Have reliable transportation.

5) Have the ability to follow instructions and learn, with an ambition to better your skills and advance within in the company.

6) Work proficiently and above all SAFELY. Safety is a priority.

7) Have a bank account or card for direct deposit payroll. We do not pay cash, and these positions do not qualify for 1099. You will have taxes withheld and receive a W-2 at the end of the year.

Pay ranges are based on experience. A few benefits are available after 90 days.

Work is mostly in CENTRAL ALABAMA, specifically the Auburn / Montgomery area.

We are seeking local professionals to join our team, so those seeking perdiem need not apply. NO PER DIEM, NO RELOCATION ASSISTANCE.

Ability to pass a criminal background check is preferred, however is not required for employment. We have projwcts where this required.

Positions are permanent. Positions are available immediately.
