LaunchNW is hiring a Soldering Rework / Repair Tech for a manufacturing team focused on quality electronics production. You’ll be inspecting PCB assemblies, identifying defects, and handling detailed rework and repairs to keep products customer-ready.

What you’ll be doing:
• PCB inspection and defect identification
• Rework and repair of fine-pitch components, BGAs, and connectors
• Using soldering irons, hot air tools, AOI systems, and inspection equipment
• Reading schematics, assembly drawings, and customer documentation
• Working alongside Quality and Production teams to solve problems and improve processes

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of PCB inspection/rework experience
• IPC-A-610 certification required
• Strong soldering and ESD handling skills
• Sharp attention to detail and steady hands
• Experience in EMS or contract manufacturing preferred
