This year’s Wendell White Leadership Award is presented to: Kristin Porm at Fairfield Village!

This award is open to department directors/senior leadership. It is named in tribute to our Founder and is presented to individuals who exhibit exceptional personal achievements in all 5 Generations Values. They establish mentorship connections with staff members and play a key role in the campus-wide alignment with our mission statement. “Bringing Generations together in the joy of living and everything it means to be human”.

This award celebrates Kristin and her 10 years of dedicated service to Fairfield Village and Generations. She exemplifies commitment, compassion, and teamwork, often leading by example. Kristin actively engages with staff, residents, and families, prioritizing people first.
