Never follow the food pyramid (or take health advice from the government) 😉🤓
Most of us know that the food pyramid is not the way we want to be eating for health.
It needs to be flipped upside down!
Nutrient dense foods should be eaten several times per day.
Animal based protein (beef, fish, chicken) heathy fats (olive oil, butter, avocados, nuts & seeds) veggies and fruit should be your sustenance.
Whole 30 is one of the easiest ways to jump into a healthy eating plan.
If you haven’t changed your eating habits yet, it’s the perfect time to begin.
Go for it!
30 days can make a big shift in your health!
