Not Made in a Factory

It isn't very often that I am asked to take an existing corset out, which, to be honest, they didn't ask me to, but that was the best route to take. So out it came, and a new zipper went in! Some hand stitching to close it up on the inside and a hook and eye at the top to keep it securely in place!

A quick repair job on this stunning prom dress yesterday! A mix of hand sewing and machine work to fix along the zipper and the bustle above the train 🤩🤩 and a huge thank you to one of my previous customers who recommended me! That is how my business survives!

Something I don't do very often because it usually costs me more in new needles than anything else, lol, is motorcycle patches. They can be tedious, but the outcome is worth it! All patches sewn on by

So this project came to be because a dear friend of mine sent me the picture and said, "Look at this!!!!" So, me being me, I start hunting for a pattern, and tada! It isn't nearly as big as the picture she sent me, but I think she will enjoy it just the same. 🥰
