P3's work covers everything that goes into making Pickaway County ready for the next opportunity. We identify shovel-ready industrial sites, coordinate road, utility, and broadband investments alongside ODOT with local utility providers. We also partner with schools and career centers to connect residents — especially young people — with the skills local employers need. We're at the Pickaway County Fair this week, and so far the conversations have been great.
Farmers, families, and neighbors are stopping by the “Future of Pickaway County” booth to talk about what they want to see — protecting agricultural land, planning for growth, and making sure the next generation has a future in farming here.
