Lotus Leaf Yoga is excited to announce we have a Beginner's Yoga Class beginning THIS MONDAY, February 28, 2022, at 6:15 PM.

Have you been thinking about yoga for a while but didn't know where to start? Check out the LLY studio this Monday. Our Beginner's Class focuses on alignment, breath work, and fun in a positive, nurturing environment.

Classes are $10 each and last an hour. Bring a mat (or two) and a couple of blocks to help ease us into and out of new positions. (For more information, check out our FB page at lotusleafyogallc.

It is a lot of fun and so perfect for calming our minds while we wait for Spring to come ! Come with yourself or bring some friends.

Times: Between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (Reservation recommended)

Where: Circleville Wellness Center, 1173 N. Court Street, Circleville, OH (across the street from the Pickaway County Public Library)

Cost: $25 for 20 minutes ($1 for each additional minute)

Jeanette has been using tuning forks for over three years to help bring pain relief and relaxation to those who have been “tuned.” The sound waves of the tuning forks vibrate and travel deeply into the body, helping to relieve pain and inflammation. It’s safe, effective, and therapeutic. Come to Circleville Wellness Center and see for yourself.
