Live in the Cincinnati, Ohio area or know someone who would enjoy a morning with ? In addition to our Cinci Teacher Tune-Up, we are offering a special morning event called Living Soul Spa with LSI founder and lead teacher, Kristin Gibowicz. Expect a savory, scripture-themed yoga practice and time for soul care including reflection & journaling. Come enjoy a morning being surrounded by authentic, encouraging community. Join us this Saturday, February 1st at Knox Presbyterian Church in Hyde Park from 8:45am - 11:30am. Bring your mat, a journal, water bottle and a friend! Snacks provided.

Worthy Community Friends! I am not sure how or if I will continue to use this page but did want to share that I am currently subbing (various Tuesdays at 9:30 am) at Shine Yoga Center in Cincinnati and would love to see friends of our former Worthy community.
