Congratulations to Heather Weiss, the winner of our Driven By Purpose Award for Q2 of 2024!

The Driven By Purpose Award is an award given to a RRI team member who exhibits our company’s purpose statement, Leading With Talent, into their interactions with patients, customers, and other team members.

Heather joined our team in September of 2021 and she hit the ground running! Heather is one of our strongest “utility players”; she succeeds in any environment and is willing to do whatever we need her to do. She is currently working in an outpatient setting, but also filled in at various skilled nursing facilities during the height of Covid. No matter the placement, our customers rave about Heather’s work ethic, dependability, and professionalism. Thanks for all that you do, Heather! Check out our interview with Heather on our blog.
