Leadership Lunch Conversations

We are doing a training series on courageous leadership for our leadership team as we navigate through these challenging times. We are going through a restructuring at our organization to ensure we are being as effective as possible to impact our community.

It’s been a LOOOOONG week; but as I sit and reflect this is what I asked God for. He’s opening new doors and providing opportunities for me to walk into the next stage of my journey. I’m grateful because I know the best is yet to come!
As leaders it’s imperative to keep this perspective - we have to point the way and know that even though the path isn’t easy it will be worth it!
