Superintendent of Ohio charter school for at-risk teens ran nightclubs beset with violence 09/28/2025

The white media in Cincinnati is tearing Black people up. WCPO (Channel 9) recently did an I-Team report on IRIS ROLEY. Today, The Cincinnati Enquirer published a scandalous report on RAMONE DAVENPORT. 😳

Still no deep dive into notorious bad white people like RICHARD ā€˜Dick Kip’ GUINAN — the chief criminal prosecutor for Hamilton County under CLUELESS CONNIE Pillich.

People need to know the truth about Dick Kip Guinan.

• He worked for DIRTY JOE Deters. His job was to prosecute crimes, including DUI and OVI. One day, Dick Kip Guinan went to a party with other prosecutors, drank alcohol, and knowing better (since he prosecuted drunk drivers as part of his job) got behind the wheel and drove drunk. He got caught. If law enforcement had caught him in Hamilton County, they probably wouldn’t have arrested him. Thank God he got busted in Butler County. Dirty Joe Deters let Dick Kip Guinan keep his job and the benefits that go with it, he just moved him to another department. Was that white privilege? šŸ¤·šŸ¾

• Dirty Joe Deters was quoted in the newspaper saying Dick Kip Guinan was INSUBORDINATE. That didn’t stop Dirty Joe Deters from keeping Dick Kip Guinan emoloyed and it didn’t stop Clueless Connie Pillich from re-hiring Dick Kip when (thanks in large part to Black voters) she became the first Democrat elected county prosecutor in 100 years.

• Dick Kip Guinan went before Judge ETHNA COOPER and admitted he LIED to her. Did Judge Cooper punish Dick Kip Guinan for lying to her? Nope. She took him and the prosecutor into her chamber and, in violation of Ohio’s Open Meetings Act and the rules that govern courtrooms, held a secret with Dick Kip.

• As far as I can tell, Dick Kip Guinan wasn’t investigated by the Cincinnati Bar Association and/or The Ohio Supreme Court’s Disciplinary Counsel. Why? 🧐 Judges and attorneys have a duty to report misconduct of other lawyers. So why wasn’t Dick Kip turned in by Judge Cooper and the other lawyer who heard him admit to lying to a judge?

• About 3 weeks ago, Dick Kip Guinan smeared a Black judge. 😔 Dick Kip is quoted in The Enquirer calling a very legal action taken by Judge ALAN C. TRIGGS (a good Black man) ILLEGAL.

• Black people remember what they did to Judge TRACIE MARIE HUNTER for allegedly doing things that were illegal. We aren’t going to be silent while Black leaders, including Black judges, are attacked. We are going to challenge the institutions that are supposed to police attorney ethics to do their jobs. Every lawyer who read Dick Kip Guinan’s knowingly false, undignified, discourteous, degrading statement concerning Judge Triggs’ integrity had a duty to report Dick Kip Guinan’s misconduct. The Cincinnati Bar Association has a duty to police its members. The Ohio Supreme Court Office of Disciplinary Counsel is AWOL.

• Clueless Connie Pillich let a small handful of angry, loud white people pressure her into violating Black Attorney RYAN NELSON’s First Amendment right to speak freely about CHARLIE KIRK. Ryan was forced t resign. But Clueless Connie hasn’t fired Dick Kip Guinan for smearing Judge Triggs. Why? 🤬

Enquirer editor on why rejecting letters isn't censorship as Kirk's death stirs debate 09/26/2025

Cincinnati Enquirer Executive Editor BERYL LOVE is full of šŸ’©.

1. Beryl Love is WRONG about the law.

Dude wrote: "The First Amendment won’t protect you if you’re dealing in HATE speech, obscenity, or other forms of expression the courts have determined fall outside of our First Amendment protections."

1a. How can the executive editor of the local newspaper not know that the U.S. Supreme Court has consistently held that HATE SPEECH is protected by the 1st Amendment when his newspaper spent years lecturing the Black community about how we should be quiet while the K*K (Ku Klux Klan) paraded around Fountain Square calling Black people every derogatory name in the book and threatening to kill us? The Klan hid behind Cincinnati police while they spewed "fighting words" -- a type of speech that isn't protected?

1b. How can Beryl not be tuned into the national conversation around U.S. Attorney Pam Bondi having to walk back her statement saying hate speech isn't protected by the 1st Amendment?

2. Beryl Love, The Enquirer, and the rest of Cincinnati's lazy, local, biased media refuses to report on racially discriminatory actions taken by the county prosecutor.

Beryl Love wrote: "Freedom of speech in America means the government can’t punish you for what you say, nor can it stifle the open exchange of ideas, even ones critical of elected leaders. Your employer is a different story."

What if your employer IS the government?

Beryl Love said he reads every email he receives. šŸ‘ŒšŸ¾Our founder and publisher, Nathaniel Livingston, has personally sent emails to Beryl Love and The Enquirer notifying them that the county prosecutor, CLUELESS CONNIE Pillich, who is a government official, punished a Black man named RYAN NELSON by firing him from his government position as assistant prosecutor for exercising his freedom of speech about CHARLIE KIRK. If the NEWSpaper was interested in reporting the NEWS why haven't they published a news report about Ryan Nelson's firing.

Beryl Love and The Enquirer also know about statements made by a white prosecutor that aren't protected by the First Amendment, yet they refuse to report this news to their readers.

White assistant prosecutor RICHARD 'Dick Kip' GUINAN was quoted in a Sept 8 Enquirer news report saying Judge Alan Triggs (a Black man) issued an order that was "illegal." Again, Guinan's comments are not protected by the 1st Amendment. In fact, they violate several of Ohio's Rules of Professional Conduct -- rules that all attorneys must abide by.
