▪️Perform 513 bodyweight lunges
▪️Squat/dead/bench 51.3% of your bodyweight for 5 sets of 13

▪️5min13 second plank or 90 degree wall-sit
▪️Or another option you can suggest to us- that we will agree on before you attempt it.

Training hard day in and day out requires preparation- one aspect of that prep is taking care of your body both in and out of the gym. Set yourself up for success prior to sessions by getting your body primed and ready to work through different exercises and drills!
