Member Spotlight: Bayle & Associates Insurance Company - Beavercreek, OH

Bayle & Associates Insurance Company, located in Beavercreek, Ohio, was founded in September 2021 by owner and agent Kyle Bayle. Now entering his fifth year as an independent insurance agent, Kyle has successfully managed the agency as a one-man operation since day one.

Since joining the insurance industry in February 2019, Kyle has built his career around people and their stories. He believes that everyone he meets brings a unique perspective, and the connections he’s made along the way are what give his work true meaning.

Kyle specializes in Home, Auto, and Business Insurance, coverages that allow him to help clients protect the dreams they’ve worked hard to achieve, whether it’s buying a new home, purchasing a vehicle, or opening a business. “In a way, I’m living out my dream while helping others protect theirs,” he shares.

Guided by the values his parents instilled, “It’s never wrong to do what’s right” mentality, Kyle prides himself on honesty above all else. He has even insisted prospects to stay with their current policies if it’s in their best interest, a practice that has earned lasting trust. Throughout the years, many have even returned after remembering Kyle’s integrity, giving him the opportunity to earn their business when their rates increased.

Kyle recalls saving a commercial client nearly $10,000 annually, a moment that reinforced why he loves what he does. While not everyone seeks a dedicated agent, he finds motivation in serving those who value personalized guidance and care.

Outside the office, Kyle enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, traveling with his wife, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
