✨ Ambassador Spotlight: Clara Matonhodze | Cincinnati

Meet Clara, Founder and Principal Consultant of The MCS Agency, a Cincinnati-based marketing and communications consultancy serving nonprofits and small businesses.

With 20 years in communications — beginning in media and program management — Clara now serves as a fractional CMO for mission-driven organizations, helping them clarify what they need to accomplish and working alongside them to make it happen.

One of the things we LOVE most about Clara is how naturally community and service show up in everything she does.

Throughout her career, she has said yes to organizations that needed her, serving as a founding board member for several and currently lending her expertise to Caracole, TPMF Community Foundation, the African Professionals Network, and Stonecrest Holdings.

At the center of Clara’s work is Ubuntu: “I am because we are.”

When she joined Together Digital, she was starting a business and feeling nervous about the journey ahead.

In Clara’s words:

That support stayed with her and inspired Clara to become an Ambassador so she could offer the same kind of guidance, encouragement, and generosity to other women.

🎙️ Fun fact:
Clara co-hosts “Roots, Routes, and Voices: Stories That Shape America” with Cincinnati Compass, sharing the journeys of immigrants and refugees who now call Cincinnati home.

She also shares a birthday with her twin sons, Michael and William — which means her “best birthday ever” story involves delivering twins on her own birthday.
