PERRY CONTRACTING - WELCOMES JOE WELLS.

Joe Wells joined Perry Contracting in Fall of 2021 as a Project Manager. Joe brings a wide range of experience teamed with a degree in Construction Management. He started out as a laborer in construction when he was 16 years old. Over the years, Joe has had experience in residential construction, demolition, roofing, and natural gas. This wide range has helped him relate to both owners and subcontractors - bridging the gap between blueprints and reality. Joe enjoys challenges and solving problems. His keen attention to detail and determination ensure successful projects.
