May is Building Safety Month, and this year's theme, "Built to Last," is at the center of everything we do.

Good design isn't just about how a building looks on opening day. It's about how it performs in years 10, 25, and 50. The decisions made early in the design process, the right materials, the right systems, the right details, are what determine whether a building endures or exists.

Architecture is a conversation that starts long before ground breaks.

It starts with listening to a client, to a community, and to a site. Then comes the iterating, the problem-solving, and the moments where a sketch on paper becomes something you can actually walk through.

That's the part we love most—the process of turning a need into a place.
