Customers walking into this Kohl’s in Beavercreek this week are seeing a freshly painted entrance, right along with crisp columns and clean signage that make the whole storefront look cared for again.

Our crew worked around store hours, masking off the entry and signage before moving section by section so shoppers could keep coming and going without interruption.

Local City launches program to improve building exteriors in downtown area “The Downtown Façade Improvement Program is designed to encourage investment in the heart of our community.”

Working at an active UPS distribution facility like this one in central Ohio means coordinating around a constant flow of trucks, dock activity, and a yard that never really slows down.

During this recent project, our crew was up on the boom lift working the roofline and upper exterior while operations kept moving below.

That’s just the nature of commercial work at facilities like this.

The logistics of painting around a live facility take as much planning as the work itself. We carefully think through where equipment is staged, when crews are on the lift, and how we sequence across the building without interrupting dock access.

All of that gets worked out before we start. We’re proud of the team for executing cleanly on this one!
