Position: Forklift/Warehouse Processor
Pay Rate: $15.00/Hr.
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 am - 5:00 pm), OT available on Saturdays and Sunday - Will accommodate an alternate schedule.

Job Description:
The Client is looking to hire a highly motivated internal employee for placement in our Mason, OH warehouse location. The general description of work will be to receive truckloads of materials, load trucks with materials, group materials, light process materials using crushers, balers, densifyers other machinery and other general warehouse tasks. The worker will be expected to safely operate forklifts and small machinery as well as complete basic paperwork to receive and ship loads (BOLs). Furthermore, and dependent on skill level, this employee may be offered advancement opportunity within Client. Flexible scheduling may be available, but we are looking for first shift workers.

Requirements:
• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Check.

Specific Tasks:
• Unload/Load Trucks with Forklift.
• Weigh and Inventory materials, typically on pallets and gaylords.
• Organize materials in a warehouse for efficient storage.
• Bale, or group, materials as needed.
• Load trucks per the shipping schedule.
• General clean-up of the warehouse.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience on Forklift must be safe and skilled (licensing is a plus).
• Must possess effective communication skills to interact with other personnel, drivers, and customers.
• Positive attitude and professional integrity .
• Detail-oriented, dependable, ability to work independently .
• Must be a team player and willing to work make a contribution in many areas.
