From representing the United States on the world stage to leading one of the largest grassroots soccer programs in Kansas City, Nick Garcia’s journey through the game has come full circle. As Executive Director of Sporting Brookside, Nick now helps create opportunities for more than 3,500 players, while building a strong sense of community through leagues, events, and partnerships.

With a leadership style centered on listening, accessibility, and serving families well, Nick continues to make a lasting impact on youth soccer in Kansas City. We’re grateful for leaders like Nick and organizations like Sporting Brookside that continue to grow the game at the grassroots level.
