Emotional health isn’t optional, brother(s) it’s survival. Put it at the top of your list. Why? Men are 3-4x more likely to die by su***de. We’re less likely to seek help. We self-medicate, isolate, and pretend we’re fine. But here’s the truth: the greatest gift you can give yourself is emotional strength and it’s a gift that keeps giving to your sons, your daughters, and every man watching you. Your emotional health today shapes their legacy tomorrow. This isn’t weakness. This is leadership. This is manhood. Do the work.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
