Does high-rep training actually improve strength endurance more than heavier training? • Stronger by Science 12/23/2022

The study concludes that both training heavier with lower reps, or lighter with higher reps improved strength endurance. The authors discussed in real world situations, you don't have to choose between the two, but rather you could do both in a training session. Maybe heavy lower reps for compound movements and lighter higher reps for accessory lifts, or heavy training one day and lighter the next.
