Reconess is seeking highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
You should be at a point in your career where you have some solid sales experience and are ready to go out on your own, carry out sales efforts to grow our marketplace, and Own all stages of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities
-Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Feel comfortable with hard selling and cold selling into targeted accounts, lists or personally researched contacts within a specified region/market to uncover and qualify opportunities
-Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable delivering key messages
-Good communicator and teamplayer, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
-Ability to work in a methodic and organized way
-Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
-Manage base level sales negotiations and complete the corporate contracting process

Requirements
-Have a successful track record in business development
-Work experience as a Sales Representative in Software Engineering is a Plus
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
-Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
-High Attention to detail is needed, plus stamina and patience
