Parkour is NOT too dangerous. Our coaches say it best. 🎯

You don't have to jump off buildings to do parkour. You can train on flat concrete with obstacles low to the ground. And nobody is pushing you to do anything you're not ready for, it's not a competitive sport.

The real safety secret? Progression. Master smaller jumps before bigger ones. Build lower-level skills before higher-level ones. That's it.

Practitioners range from 3 years old to 80 years old. At every level, you choose exactly how much you want to push yourself.

Frustration in class? Our coaches handle it with intention. 💪

When a student hits a wall, the first step is understanding why. Is it friction with another kid? Dislike of the activity? Or is it the skill itself that's the problem? Each one gets a different response.

From there, it's progressions, a moment to sit down and grab some water, and an ice pack if needed. No pressure to jump back in before they're ready.

And success? It's not landing the skill. It's the continued ability to practice and move the way you want to, not making it or getting hurt. That's the standard here.

If something doesn't click today, that's okay. The coaches commit to coming back to whatever it is in the future and making sure students get it down.
