As I’ve been thinking about how to share this update, the biggest feeling I keep coming back to is gratitude.
It has truly been an honor to walk alongside so many families during such an important and vulnerable season of life. Whether our time together was short or extended, whether feeding felt straightforward or deeply challenging, I am incredibly proud of every family I’ve worked with. The trust you placed in me - not only to care for your baby, but to support you - has meant more than I can put into words.
I’m especially grateful to the families who referred friends and loved ones. That kind of trust is something I never took lightly. This practice has been my heart for the past five years - something I built from the ground up - and I’m so proud of the care, advocacy, and support that came from it.
So many of you shared your experiences navigating feeding support in the early days, and I’ve always felt strongly about helping bridge those gaps with thoughtful, realistic, evidence-based care. Supporting families in finding what works for them has always been at the center of my work.
With that said, I’m excited to share that I’ve accepted a new opportunity with Baby-Friendly USA, which will allow me to have a broader impact on infant feeding support. Because of this transition, my private practice will be shifting. My physical office space will be closing, and my availability moving forward will be variable and limited.
Friday, February 6 will be my last weekday in the office, and I do have a few openings available for follow-up visits before then. If we’ve worked together in the past and you have lingering questions or would like to connect one more time, please feel free to text or DM me!
Going forward, I will offer limited evening and weekend availability as I’m able. And to every family who trusted me during such a meaningful season - thank you.
In the words of Taylor Swift, “I had the time of my life fighting dragons with you!” It has truly been an honor to be even a small part of your story. 🤍

Feeding help should be accessible, no matter what insurance decides.
Recent changes to insurance coverage have made it harder for families to get the support they deserve. It’s been frustrating, disheartening, and a real challenge to the kind of work I believe in.
So I’m making changes, too - starting with new ways to make care more affordable and flexible for the families I serve.
✨ Now available: a bundle of 3 office visits + 1 virtual check-in at a reduced rate.
You can even use one of those visits before baby arrives as a prenatal consult… thoughtful and practical baby shower gift?!
This bundle is ideal for families navigating longer feeding journeys or just hoping to stay connected through baby’s early months.
More budget-friendly options are on the way. I’m listening, and I’m working on it. 💜

Important Update: Insurance Coverage Through The Lactation Network (TLN)
I want to take a moment to share some upcoming changes that may affect how families access lactation care through The Lactation Network (TLN).
Since opening Cincinnati Lactation in 2021, I’ve been committed to making expert, personalized feeding support as accessible and affordable as possible. Partnering with TLN has helped many of you receive covered visits without the stress of navigating insurance on your own—and I’m so grateful for the families I’ve been able to support because of that partnership.
But that system is shifting.
TLN recently announced that starting July 14, 2025, they will no longer approve new patients with out-of-network Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) plans. (If you’ve already been approved, your coverage will still be honored—usually for 3 or 6 visits.)
Here’s what you need to know:
🍼 If you’re currently approved through TLN for your baby (typically within the last 6 months), your visit coverage will stay in place.
🍼 New BCBS approvals may still be processed through July 14, so if you’re pregnant and planning to return, now is the time to check eligibility.
🍼 TLN will continue accepting UnitedHealthcare plans.
🍼 TLN is also accepting Aetna, but only in specific states (not currently including Ohio).
🍼 I’ve recently been credentialed with Aetna and am working quickly to activate that as another coverage option.
🍼 I’m also exploring ways to offer more flexible payment options so care remains accessible no matter what insurance changes come.
I’m still taking time to understand how these changes will affect my practice long-term, but please know this: I remain deeply committed to providing the best possible care to the families who trust me.
💛 Over the years, I’ve been honored to support so many of you—from those I’ve seen just once, to those who’ve brought me along for a second or third baby. Watching your babies grow, overcome challenges, and thrive has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Even if we only met briefly, or your feeding experience didn’t unfold as hoped—thank you for letting me be part of your journey.
