We know it's uncomfortable to share access to a new person or company when rebuilding your online business. We're working on a network outage currently that affects our Cincinnati Adult Hockey Leagues, Northland Ice Center and internal websites. Thank you for your patience.

At NRCW Companies, we take pride in data security and it's easier to do having only a small handful of clients. Company owners and website managers [that have customer data / newsletter lists or e-shops] will all be required to use Two-Factor Authentication starting in June 2021. It may feel like a small hassle at first but for the level of security it provides, it's worth the extra step and we'll show you why [in-person] too!

⚠️ Our IT partners at our data center will be performing a server migration / operating system upgrade tonight to provide our customers with the latest security and technology software.

⏸ Because we're uncertain exactly when they will start the process, any changes made to any NRCW website after 9pm (EDT) may not be saved in the migration. Please allow 24 hours before we're certain everything is functional and the domain name servers redirect to the new server.

Due to the increased hosting struggles of the current pandemic, we're extending available time at no cost to nonprofit and government organizations that are using any locally or self-hosted dedicated servers who are struggling with heavy traffic and do not have a dedicated IT professional available. Often new potential clients contact us wanting to see the marketing results we have in our portfolio but we decline more potential clients than we contract with for a few reasons you may find important:

Especially in a saturated industry like Moving Companies, HVAC or Auto Repair; we do a great deal of research on the inquiring company:

✔️ A potential client must prove honesty & integrity; We're not going to promote / market you if you have a large record of customer complaints or promote bad business practices.

✔️ A potential client must have the willpower to devote time, just as much as committing to a new gym membership. Without your contributions to social interactions, updating site content or publishing newsletters, you're better off elsewhere. [You can delegate this task to your PR department if you have one but we ask you value our time to train staff etc. where yes, all actions can be reviewed by the business owner first though access restrictions etc.]

✔️ A potential client MUST be willing to experiment with options outside of your existing business and marketing model. That means potentially going on camera, letting trusted staff have a short paragraph about them so when a customer sees them in person they feel at home, letting staff who want to participate in the website to blog about the industry, or a specific client (with written permission from that client) on the clock. Imagine if your mechanic (no, the actual person who worked on your vehicle specifically) did a video / photo blog about your repair? Would not that be amazing?

That last one may be a far fetched specific example there for an organized repair shop BUT our point is, if you're willing to open up a bit, ideas like these when properly marketed can and will draw great attention to your company, brand, staff and future reputation especially in these difficult industries.

Also, if you're opened minded in marketing, trustworthiness automatically goes up. We're here and willing to compete with national brands at a local level but if you want that to happen, you're going to need to think and act outside your comfort zone. If you can agree to that, we'll even consider writing in the contract a guarantee of results or you get a refund because we're so confident in our LCWS™ projects... We only take one or two clients a year so we're a very unique and personalized business model. We look forward to our next challenge because this isn't just a company; it's Drew Eppley's passion.

We've contacted Cincinnati Bell so subscribers will receive communications from our client website email distribution newsletters for Cincinnati Adult Hockey Leagues and other clients too.

We apologize if you use fuse.net email and haven't received new season registration notices or rink updates from Northland Ice Center. Companies like Cincinnati Bell work hard to limit junk / bulk email and more often than not, [especially with over 1,250 subscribers], sometimes they [by default] limit bulk senders and we have to literally go through a process to get "white listed" in order to reach our subscribers (same applied to AOL, Yahoo, Google and Comcast just to name a few). You cannot simply mail say 500 people at once today let alone 50 unless you go through a process by major email providers and junk email services database services directly that can verify you are a legitimate and honest company / distribution network like NRCW Companies.

In a sense we are indeed proud to be large enough to to have this issue but also uphold strict CAN SPAM compliance as a recognized email distribution company with trusted servers (not unlike the paid mass email services out there already) but instead email distribution to thousands of people is done from the same servers in our network saving our clients money and in this case building a trustworthy relationship with multiple other companies too.
