Introducing the new look for — a lupini-bean based pasta brand that lets you enjoy pasta without compromise. We transformed the brand, giving it a more polished and energetic look. Taking cues from the concept behind the word Kaizen (a Japanese term, meaning change for the better, or continuous improvement), we developed a horizon-like shape language for the front of the box. The abstract green horizon and cheery blue sky were an intentional color combination choice in order to stand out on shelves from the competitive set, and also symbolize the opportunities that abound for pasta-eaters as they continue on their healthy path.

Did you know that at any given time, up to 60% of formerly incarcerated people are experiencing joblessness? And that people of color are impacted at a rate nearly 2x that of their white counterparts? But there is a solution to help formerly incarcerated people gain stability through supported employment. Our client The Empower Group recently launched to support and guide companies as they embark on their Fair-Chance hiring journeys.
