Week 4 focused on challenging the Cadets on the physical aspects. Tuesday’s PT focused on a core circuit that tested strength and endurance, while Thursday introduced the detachment to their first-ever HAMR run, pushing cadets to new limits.
During Lead Lab, cadets celebrated the Air Force’s birthday. The most junior and senior member of our detachment cuts the cake together symbolizing those who’ve served before and those who will carry on the mission.
