NEW DETAILS: A crash involving a wrong-way driver has led to the closure of northbound lanes on I-75 near West Chester this morning, OSP says. Troopers have also said injuries have been reported.

A car on fire near 71/75 SOUTHBOUND just over the Brent Spence Bridge in Covington right by the 5th St exit.
Working to find out extent of injuries.
Traffic starting to stack up on the bridge, but CURRENTLY the road is still open.
