I’ve heard both sides.

And the truth is… I don’t think it’s either/or.

What I do know is this:
What goes unspoken doesn’t disappear.
It shows up in relationships.
It shows up in patterns.
It shows up in how we love—and how we don’t.

So on May 30th, we’re creating a space for men to speak.

Not to be fixed.
Not to be debated.
But to be heard, to reflect, and to bring language to what often goes unsaid.

Because relationships don’t just happen.
They’re shaped.

And sometimes… we need conversation to uncover what we’ve been carrying all along.
