It’s the time of year when the garden feels like it never stops giving and demanding. Lots to do and so much to eat! Did you know potatoes have to be cured for long term storage? Our little haul of small potatoes will sit for 2 weeks in the basement while the skins toughen up. Then if I’m lucky I’ll be about to keep them around for many months.

Enjoyed our homegrown Sharp Tooth Farm food throughout our westward journey and back home again. Garden weeds I’m coming for you!!!
